It's now really time to make an end to 2008. Last night I received the award for Female Athlete of the Year 2008 during the awardshow in Lelystad. This award was presented by the province I live in.

Earlier this month I already received this award from my hometown Almere. To me 2008 has been very successful and this award simply shows that if you really believe in something, you can make it happen!

Thanks to all the people who voted for me! Your faith helped me getting this award!
