Finally the temperature is rising! Today we definitely hit the 23 degrees and I can't wait for the summer to begin. It feels so good to be riding with my friends again. Really missed that during rehab.

11-2.. Winter blues!

We're halfway the week and it seems like the winter has been around long enough for me! I really do like snow, but not in February when the season is about to start! Can't wait to ride, but really hope I can ride on water and not on ice! Would be a bummer!

8-2 My first car accident!

This was a hell of a week. On Monday I just started with my daily routine, but on Tuesday I experienced something very scary. I was on the way back home after physiotherapy and got quite a serious car accident. Scared the crap out of me..!

6 Week Post Op
6weekspost_okIt's already been 6,5 weeks since the operation on my knee. That means I already passed the second mile-stone. I'm still progressing very fast and can start jogging this week!

2008; A turbulent year!!
terugblik08_thmb2008 is already coming to an end! What a turbulent year it was! I was back on my board in January after a 5,5 month rehab due to my first ACL injury. I won the WWA cable Worlds in July and the boat Europeans in August.
